OK. First former VEEP Dick Cheney (also known as "Darth Vader" with all apologies to James Earl Jones), is all over the TV shows today talking about his recent successful heart surgery. Of course his "best-in-the-world" health care is covered by the U.S. government and/or the millions he made waging wars and invading countries for oil. While bashing President Obama (AGAIN), he also states that he will soon need a heart transplant.
Question for Mr. Cheney and AZ Governor Jan Brewer and the Republibaggers: Where is your "heart" for the *real* Americans whose health care reform you want to repeal? Where is the government help for others who need organ transplants--like the people in AZ who DIED because AZ deleted a mere $1,000,000 from the budget for them?
Cheney gets a new heart to replace the stone one he has now, while Boehner and the Repubs in the Congress will vote tomorrow to repeal Health Care Reform for everyone else; and they have nothing to replace it. The fact that the *vote* is symbolic--nothing will be repealed--it besides the point. It does, however, put everyone on notice to the actual Republican agenda: "We've got ours--too bad for the rest of you!"
